On May 14, 2014, Vympel Shipyard (Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region) laid down the forth large inshore survey boat of Project 19920, the shipyard says in its press release. 

She will be the forth boat built for Hydrography and Oceanography Service of Russia. The first two vessels were delivered to the customer in 2008 and in 2012. The third boat is under construction with the delivery scheduled for 2015.

Large inshore survey boat Project 19920 is intended to: perform inshore surveying, buoy laying and maintenance works; maintain, inspect, perform recharging and repair of coastal and floating navigational facilities; deliver personnel, special-purpose equipment and cargo onto unprepared shore.

Rybinsk, Yaroslavl Region based Vympel Shipyard is a fast-growing company specializing in building of medium-, small-tonnage sea-going and river vessels and boats both for military and civil sectors. Since its inception in 1930, VYMPEL Shipyard had built more than 30,000 ships of various types.
