    The team of JSC Ust-Luga wins Nauvo races of Ust-Luga Cup 2014

    The team of JSC Ust-Luga has won two short races, which took place near the island of Nauvo, Finland, on June 6, 2014 as part of Ust-Luga Cup Regatta.

    This was a tight, nearly neck-and-neck race between crews of RZD (Russian Railways) and Ust-Luga, SMM and Rosterminalugol.

    The results of two yacht races off Nauvo are as follows:

    2. JSC Russian Railways
    3. CJSC SMM
    4. OJSC Rosterminalugol
    5. Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and Russian River Register
    6. JSC TransContainer
    7. JSC Murmansk Commercial Seaport
    8. TH Rustorg LLC
    9. LLC Morstroytechnology
    10. Anker Logistic Ltd.

    Having finished the boats proceeded from Nauvo to Kasnäs.

    Today the teams will be competing in a 15-hour race on Kasnäs-Tallinn route.

    Rosterminalugol OJSC (Leningrad Region) has traditionally been the General Partner of Ust-Luga Cup.

    Ust-Luga Cup Partners are Transoil LLC, BaltTransService LLC, Russian Railways OJSC.

    CityРoint will provide an opportunity to observe the Regatta races online, on the Regatta official website.

    NAVICOM, GetTaxi, Ginza project and restaurant Koryushka are the Partners of the award ceremony which is to be held at the walls of the Peter and Paul Fortress (Saint-Petersburg) on June 11, 2014.

    The first Baltic Regatta Ust-Luga Cup was held in June, 2012 and was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of sea port of Ust-Luga. The successful regatta has become a significant event not only for the international sailing world, but for the business and media community as well. Following the regatta success and thanks to the great interest to further development of the project both in Russia and abroad, it was decided to hold the Ust-Luga Cup regatta annually.

    Ust-Luga Cup 2014 will be held between June 1 and June 11, 2014. The regatta boats will follow the former route: from Stockholm, Sweden to Saint-Petersburg, Russia via Finland's Mariehamn and Tallinn, Estonia. The participants and the guests will moor in beautiful places at picturesque islands of Sweden and Finland, enjoy a bright final show with a parade of sails at the Neva river and attend the award ceremony at the walls of the Peter and Paul Fortress.
