  ОАО "Московский НПЗ" выплатит дивиденды за 2005 год только по привилегированным акциям

   Акционеры ОАО "Московский НПЗ" на годовом собрании 21 июня приняли решение о выплате дивидендов за 2005 год только по привилегированным акциям. Как передает "AK&M", об этом говорится в сообщении завода. Размер выплат составит 2.266 млн. руб. из расчета 1.15 руб. на акцию, что на 19% меньше выплат прошлого года. Напомним, что за 2003 год завод начислил по 37.74 руб. на привилегированную акцию, за 2002 год - 38.96 руб. Как ранее заявлял президент "Газпром нефти" Александр Рязанов, собрание акционеров состоялось без участия представителей его компании, которая является одним из акционеров завода. А.Рязанов сказал, что компания намерена оспорить в судебном порядке действия других акционеров Московского НПЗ, прежде всего - Московского правительства. Президент "Газпром нефти" также сообщил, что будет пытаться договориться с правительством Москвы о приобретении контрольного пакета акций завода.

  Уставный капитал Московского НПЗ составляет 78833.2 тыс. руб. Компания эмитировала 5912490 обыкновенных и 1970830 привилегированных акций номиналом 10 руб. "Московская нефтегазовая компания", основными акционерами которой являются Sibir Energy Шалвы Чигириского и Правительство Москвы, контролирует 38% НПЗ, имея 51% от общего числа голосующих акций. В число крупных акционеров завода также входят Сибнефть (35% акций) и Татнефть (17.7%). В прошлом году "Газпром нефть" и Татнефть добились признания судом незаконной выплаты дивидендов по "префам", которые в результате стали голосующими. Благодаря этому компании получали контрольный пакет акций завода и могли установить над ним свой контроль. Однако затем апелляционная инстанция отменила решение суда.
