  Катер "Дава" затонул из-за перегруза - Прокуратура (Камчатка)

  Следователи транспортной прокуратуры Камчатской области ведут допрос людей, которые были спасены в пятницу, 14 июля, с потерпевшего кораблекрушения пассажирско-спасательного катера "Дава". Свои показания следователям дают и родственники тех, чьи тела удалось поднять из воды. Об этом  ИА REGNUM 17 июля сообщили в транспортной прокуратуре. По предварительной версии прокуратуры, судно затонуло из-за перегруза. "Капитан, который оказался в числе спасенных, сейчас находится в одной из больниц Петропавловска. Он в состоянии средней тяжести, однако говорить может. Капитан сам оказался не в курсе, сколько людей он перевозил. Однако по предварительным данным следствия, на судне находилось до 19-и человек. Сегодня будет допрошен и судовладелец", - сказали в прокуратуре. Тем временем, 4-й день поисков людей, которые находились на затонувшем катере, результатов так и не дал. Сегодня поиски велись силами пограничников и рыбаков, чьи суда находятся на промысле в районе кораблекрушения.

  Как уже ранее сообщало ИА REGNUM, кораблекрушение произошло в ночь с 13 на 14 июля. В 02.40 по местному времени (11.40 мск) теплоход "Капитан Сергеевский" обнаружил на воде терпящий бедствие катер "Дава". В первые часы поиска на теплоход удалось поднять из воды 5 человек. Один из которых позже скончался. Подоспевшему на помощь рыболовному судну "Сивинд" удалось поднять на борт 5-х живых (в том числе и капитана "Давы") и тела четверых погибших. По факту кораблекрушения транспортная прокуратура Камчатской области возбудила и расследует уголовное дело, возбужденное по ст. 263 УК РФ ("Нарушение правил безопасности движения и эксплуатации транспорта, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть одного или более лиц").
