  ТЭО строительства скоростной автомагистрали Москва - Санкт-Петербург планируется завершить к сентябрю 2006 года

  Технико-экономическое обоснование (ТЭО) строительства всей скоростной автомобильной магистрали Москва - Санкт-Петербург планируется завершить к сентябрю 2006г. Как передает РБК, об этом сообщил сегодня на заседании правительственной комиссии по инвестиционным проектам руководитель Федерального дорожного агентства Олег Белозеров. "К сентябрю планируем закончить обоснование инвестиций на всю трассу", - сказал он. Сегодня комиссия рассматривает проект строительства этой магистрали на участке 15 км - 58 км. Белозеров сообщил, что в 2007г. планируется провести концессионный конкурс на строительство, сроки проведения которого составят не менее 8-12 месяцев. Строительство участка в 43 км должно начаться со второй половины 2007г. и закончиться в конце 2010г. Глава агентства напомнил, что стоимость проекта этого участка составляет 54 млрд 093 млн руб. Запрашиваемая сумма из Инвестфонда - 25 млрд 80 млн руб.
