  Крупнейший контейнеровоз CSCL Globe зашел в бельгийский порт Зебрюгге (фото)

  Контейнеровоз China Shipping Container Lines - CSCL Globe - в ходе своего первого рейса на сервисе AEX1 пришвартовался в порту Зебрюгге (Бельгия), сообщила пресс-служба администрации порта.
  
  Контейнеровоз вместимостью 19,100 TEUs до недавнего времени был  самым большим судном в мире, но уступил свое первенство после передачи в эксплуатацию MSC Oscar вместимостью 19,224 TEUs, длиной 395 м, шириной - 59 м (однако длина CSCL Globe все же на 5 м больше - 400 м). Если выставить в ряд контейнеры, которые перевозятся на борту судна, их длина составит 115 км.
  
  CSCL Globe отправился в свой первый рейс из Китая в декабре 2014 года.
  
  Судно было построено на южнокорейской верфи в Ульсане Hyundai Heavy Industries, строящей еще четыре судна данного проекта, которые будут переданы в эксплуатацию в течение этого года.
  
  Движительная установка на CSCL Globe автоматически регулирует расход топлива в зависимости от скорости и морских условий. Это позволяет сократить в пять раз (в расчете на контейнер) расход топлива по сравнению  с контейнеровозами-десятитысячниками.
  
  По словам гендиректора порта Иоахима Коэнса, Зебрюгге подготовился к приему мега-контейнеровозов, проведя модернизацию причальной инфраструктуры. Суда такого класса принимаются в доке Альберта II в аванпорту Зебрюгге, на терминалах APMT Zeebrugge.
  
  Бельгийский морской порт Зебрюгге расположен на побережье Северного моря и административно входит в город Брюгге (район Лиссевеге). Порт активно развивается с 1985 года и за последние 20 лет стал одним из наиболее важных портов для европейского импорта. Только 10% из обрабатываемых в нем грузов бельгийского происхождения. Порт имеет устойчивые транспортные связи с российскими морскими портами Северо-Западного бассейна.  
  
  China Shipping Container Line Co., Ltd (CSCL, входит в группу China Shipping Group), является международным контейнерным линейным оператором. Компания специализируется на контейнерных перевозках, фрахте судов, в обработке сборных грузов, таможенном оформлении, складировании, в производстве, поставкам и ремонте контейнеров, а также в управлении флотом.
