  Совет директоров ОАО «ЛУКОЙЛ» утвердил кандидатуры в совет директоров и ревизионную комиссию

  Совет директоров ОАО «ЛУКОЙЛ» 4 февраля 2015 года утвердил списки кандидатур по выборам в состав Совета директоров и Ревизионной комиссии для голосования на годовом Общем собрании акционеров 2015 года. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба «ЛУКОЙЛа».
  
  Список кандидатур определен на основании предложений акционеров-владельцев не менее чем 2% голосующих акций.
  
  В Совет директоров акционеры выдвинули следующие кандидатуры:
