  ZPMC построила для порта Антверпен самые большие в мире шлюзовые ворота (фото)

  
  На производственной площадке государственного холдинга Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (ZPMC) в Чансине (КНР) 15 марта 2015 года состоялась церемония по случаю завершения строительства самых крупных на сегодняшний день шлюзовых ворот, заказанных для глубоководного шлюза Deurganck Dock, говорится в сообщении порта Антверпен.
  
  В церемонии приняли участие член фламандского правительства, глава департамента морских подходных каналов Фредди Аэртс, директор администрации шлюзового канала Deurganck Dock (DD Lock Company) и главный коммерческий директор администрации порта Антверпен Люк Арнутс, представитель строительного консорциума Waasland Lock Эрик Бейтс.
  
  По словам вице-президента ZPMC Лю Цзянь Бо работы по выполнению этого масштабного заказа велись с 2011 года. Стоимость стальных конструкций ворот составила 37 млн евро.
  
  Погрузка четырех ворот и вспомогательного оборудования на борт судна Zhen Hua 15 началась 3 марта. Судно с крупногабаритным грузом отправится из Китая в начале апреля и прибудет в порт Антверпен в конце мая.
  
  Эти ворота имеют длину и толщину аналогично тем, что установлены на шлюзе Berendrecht, но выше на 4 м, чтобы пропускать через шлюзы  Deurganck более крупные контейнеровозы вместимостью до 18 тыс. TEUs. Размеры ворот: длина - 70 м, ширина - 11м., высота - 27 м. Вес каждой створки ворот - 2 тыс. тонн.
  
  По словам пресс-секретаря администрации порта Антверпен Анник Диркс, общая стоимость проекта нового шлюза составляет 380 млн евро. Строительство шлюза в Deurganck Dock планируется завершить в марте 2016 года. Общая длина шлюза составит 500 м, ширина - 68 м, глубина 27 м.
  
  Китайский холдинг, выполнивший заказ строительного консорциума  Waasland Lock, строит самые большие портальные краны, мосты и другие сооружения для клиентов по всему миру. ZPMC имеет современное оборудование, производственные площадки с длиной причалов 5 км и собственный флот для доставки стальных конструкций заказчику. На верфях группы работают около 30 тыс. человек.
