  На новом десантном катере Тихоокеанского флота «Иван Карцов» торжественно поднят Андреевский флаг

  В рамках празднования 70-летия соединения десантных кораблей Тихоокеанского флота сегодня на 33-м причале Корабельной набережной города Владивостока состоялась торжественная церемония подъема Андреевского флага на новом десантном  катере «Иван Карцов», говорится в сообщении пресс-службы Восточного военного округа.
  
  На торжественной церемонии присутствовали представители командования ТОФ, военной промышленности (ОАО «Восточная верфь»), ветераны флота, личный состав Приморской флотилии разнородных сил.
  
  Командующий Тихоокеанским флотом адмирал Сергей Авакянц поздравил тихоокеанцев с приемом нового корабля и подчеркнул, что бригада десантных кораблей под командованием капитана 1 ранга Максима Алалыкина выполняет учебно-боевые задачи с высоким качеством. Только в прошлом году соединение достойно представляло флот во время проведения крупномасштабных командно-стратегических учений «Восток-2014», осуществив высадку десанта на необорудованные побережья Чукотки и Камчатки. Военные моряки показали высокий профессионализм на  международном, совместном с ВМС Китая учении «Морское взаимодействие-2014», а также в период дальних океанских походов.
  
  Поступление нового боевого корабля, отметил командующий флотом, обладающего универсальными  характеристиками, положительно скажется на деятельности сил флота в своей операционной зоне.
  
  Командующий ТОФ вручил полотнище Андреевского флага командиру корабля старшему мичману Сергею Самохвалову, который под звуки оркестра поднял символ военного флота над новой боевой единицей Тихоокеанского флота.
  
  ДКА «Иван Карцов» десантный катер проекта 21820 шифр «Дюгонь»  – новый российский катер на воздушной каверне,  построенный на ОАО «Восточная верфь» во Владивостоке по заказу Тихоокеанского флота. ДКА «Иван Карцов» предназначен для скоростной переброски морем и высадки на необорудованное побережье морского десанта, колесной и гусеничной техники. Способен взять на борт до 5 единиц бронетехники и порядка 100 человек личного состава. Максимальная скорость 35 узлов. Максимальная дальность плавания 300 миль. На вооружении находятся крупнокалиберные пулеметы и переносные зенитно-ракетные комплексы.
