  Подкомитет ИМО рассмотрел вопросы глобальной гармонизации процедур государственного портового контроля

  На второй сессии Подкомитета по осуществлению документов ИМО (III-2), которая проходила в Лондоне 13-17 июля 2015 года, в штаб-квартире Международной морской Организации (ИМО, IMO), рассмотрен широкий круг вопросов по глобальной гармонизации процедур государственного портового контроля, по анализу и причинам аварий, по гармонизированной системе освидетельствований и сертификации. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба министерства транспорта РФ.
  
  В частности, для рассмотрения и утверждения на 96-й сессии Комитета по безопасности на море (КБМ) (11 - 20 мая 2016 года) и 69-й сессии Комитета по защите морской среды (КЗМС) (18-22 апреля 2016 года) согласован текст проекта руководства для инспекторов портового контроля по Международному кодексу по управлению безопасностью (МКУБ). 
  
  Для принятия на 96-й сессии Комитета по безопасности на море (КБМ) утверждены тексты: проекта нового правила XI-1/2-1 к МК СОЛАС «Гармонизация периодов освидетельствования грузовых судов, не являющихся предметом Кодекса ESP»; проекта поправок к Руководству HSSC в части согласования положений Руководства с Кодексом IGC касательно освидетельствования грузовых пространств газовозов, а также действий инспектора флага/признанной организации при обнаружении незначительных несоответствий, которые не могут быть устранены в процессе освидетельствования.
  
  Для принятия на 69-й сессии Комитета по защите морской среды (КЗМС) утвержден текст проекта поправок к Приложениям I, IV и VI МК МАРПОЛ в части предоставления изъятия для несамоходных барж без людей на борту, включая разработку проекта формы Свидетельства об изъятии, а также проект соответствующего руководства.
  
  Для рассмотрения и принятия на 29-й сессии Ассамблеи ИМО (23 ноября – 2 декабря 2015 года) утверждены тексты: проекта поправок к Руководству по гармонизированной системе освидетельствований и сертификации HSSC 2011; проекта поправок касательно изменений к неисчерпывающему перечню обязательств, относящихся к Кодексу по осуществлению документов ИМО 2013. 
  
  Следующая сессия Подкомитета по осуществлению документов ИМО (III-3) состоится в период с 18 по 22 июля 2016 года.
