  В «Большом порту Санкт-Петербург» проведено учение по ликвидации аварийного разлива нефтепродуктов (фото)

  В морском порту «Большой порт Санкт- Петербург» 25 августа 2015 года проведено комплексное учение на тему: «Ликвидация аварийного разлива нефтепродуктов у причалов нефтяного терминала    ЗАО Петербургский Нефтяной Терминал» в морском порту «Большой порт Санкт- Петербург». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба филиала ФБУ «Морспасслужба Росморречфлота».
  
  В учении приняли участие: силы и средства Балтийского филиала ФБУ «Морспасслужба Росморречфлота»: спасательный катер-бонопостановщик «Алиот»; спасательный катер-бонопостановщик «Арнеб»; катер- нефтесборщик «Карат»; рейдовый водолазный катер «Водолаз Литвин» с водолазной станцией на борту; морской буксир «Арктур»; от ООО «Дельта» - бункеровщик «Пегас».

  В ходе учений были отработаны: организация действий сил и средств, органов управления при ликвидации аварийного разлива нефти и нефтепродуктов; проверена практическая работа КЧС и ОПБ ЗАО «Петербургский Нефтяной Терминал» при проведении операции по ЛРН; отработана схема оповещения и взаимодействия КЧС и ОПБ ЗАО «Петербургский Нефтяной Терминал» с администрацией г. Санкт- Петербурга, Главным Управлением МЧС России по г. Санкт- Петербургу.
  
  Учения также проведены с целью совершенствования способов локализации нефтяного пятна и сбора нефти с поверхности моря и прибрежной зоне; проверки уровеня подготовленности персонала аварийно-спасательных формирований при ликвидации последствий аварии танкера в районе нефтяного терминала ЗАО «Петербургский Нефтяной Терминал»; оценки объектового плана ЛРН нефтяного терминала ЗАО «Петербургский Нефтяной Терминал».
  
  Отмечается, что учение прошло успешно, учебные цели достигнуты, поставленные задачи выполнены.
