  Судно Skandi Africa DOF Subsea приступило к выполнению пятилетнего контракта с Technip (фото)

  Новое судно для проведения подводных работ на шельфовых месторождениях Skandi Africa, переданное владельцу флота DOF Subsea, уже приступило к выполнению работ по пятилетнему чайм-чартерному контракту с Technip, сообщила пресс-служба DOF Subsea. 
  
  Skandi Africa, получившее в июне 2015 года звание «Судно 2015 года», является самым современным судном в составе флота DOF Subsea. Cудно, построенное VARD по собственному проекту, предназначено для осуществления подводных строительных работ на шельфовых месторождения и прокладки гибких трубопроводов на глубине до 3 тыс. м в суровых погодных условиях. Долгосрочное финансирование проекта Skandi Africa обеспечено финансовыми учреждениями BNP, GIEK и Eksportkreditt. 
  
  По словам гендиректора VARD Роя Рейта, строительство судна было одним из крупнейших и наиболее сложных проектов, осуществленных VARD на сегодняшний день. Помимо проекта VARD отвечала за поставку верхних строений судна.
  
  Группа DOF Subsea является подрядчиком строительных работ на шельфовых месторождениях в нефтегазодобывающих регионах мира. Компания имеет современный флот из 27 морских строительных судов, 54 подводных управляемых аппаратов, включая одну автономную систему AUV/IIV, и 10 различных водолазных судов. Основные направления бизнеса: долгосрочные тайм-чартерные соглашения и выполнение сложных подводных операций на глубине до 4 тыс. м с использованием специальных судов, как собственных, так и находящихся в управлении. Группа присутствует в Северной Атлантике, Мексиканском заливе, Бразилии, Азии и Западной Африки. Численность персонала компании – 1,858 тыс. человек.
