  Введенный в Крыму режим ЧС является форс-мажором - дирекция Керченского торгового порта

  Филиал ГУП Республики Крым «Крымские морские порты» «Керченский торговый порт» (КТП) уведомляет о том, что введенный в республике режим чрезвычайной ситуации техногенного характера является форс-мажором. Об этом говорится в письме КТП, находящимся в распоряжении ИАА «ПортНьюс».
  
  «Распоряжением главы Республики Крым С.Аксенова от 22.11.2015 г. № 454-рг «О введении режима чрезвычайной ситуации техногенного характера» в Республике Крым введен режим чрезвычайной ситуации техногенного характера регионального уровня с 01 ч. 42 мин. 22 ноября 2015 года.
  
  В соответствии с условиями действующего договора между нашими предприятиями просим считать указанные обстоятельства форс-мажором», - говорится в тексте письма от 26 ноября 2015 года, подписанного директором филиала Владимиром Волковым.

  Напомним, Крым был полностью обесточен в ночь на 22 ноября 2015 года в результате подрыва двух опор ЛЭП, идущих с Украины. В настоящее время энергосистема полуострова работает в изолированном режиме. В Крыму и Севастополе введены режим ЧС и графики аварийных отключений электричества. Была прекращена подача тепла в жилые дома в целях экономии электроэнергии. В республике из-за дефицита электроэнергии были вынуждены остановиться многие крупные промышленные предприятия.
