  ЛУКОЙЛ рассматривает возможность создания рейдового комплекса по перевалке нефти в Мурманской области, стало известно ИАА «ПортНьюс». В настоящее время перевалка нефти, отгружаемой на экспорт с Варандейского морского погрузочного терминала (Ненецкий автономный округ, Тимано-Печорская нефтегазоносная провинция) осуществляется на рейде в районе норвежского порта Киркенес. Однако, по имеющейся информации, ЛУКОЙЛ рассматривает возможность переноса места перевалки нефти в Мурманскую область.
  
  Как сообщил ИАА «ПортНьюс» первый вице-губернатор Мурманской области Алексей Тюкавин, правительство Мурманской области готово создать все условия для возвращения рейдовой перевалки груза НК «ЛУКОЙЛ» (экспортная нефть) в отечественный порт и ранее уже неоднократно предлагало компании обсудить имеющиеся в Мурманской области варианты такого решения.
  
  Напомним, в мае 2015 года норвежская компания Norterminal и её дочерняя структура Norterminal Floating Storage AS распространила пресс-релиз о планах по увеличению пропускной способности рейдового перевалочного комплекса в Киркенесе с 3 млн тонн в год до 6 млн тонн в год для перевалки российской нефти.
  
  Потребность НК «ЛУКОЙЛ» в рейдовой перевалке варандейской нефти оценивается примерно в 7 млн тонн в год.
