    Более 100 компаний намерены стать резидентами дальневосточных ТОР, объем планируемых инвестиций составляет 315,6 млрд руб.

    В АО «Корпорация развития Дальнего Востока» к концу января 2016 года поступило 102 заявки на заключение соглашения об осуществлении деятельности в дальневосточных территориях опережающего развития (ТОР). Как сообщает пресс-служба Минвостокразвития, общая сумма частных инвестиций поданных заявок составляет 315,6 млрд руб.

    К настоящему времени положительные решения приняты по 57 заявкам на сумму 269,8 млрд. рублей, подписано 21 соглашение с резидентами на сумму 183,7 млрд. рублей. Остальные 45 заявок находятся на стадии рассмотрения и доработки.

    По словам министра РФ по развитию Дальнего Востока Александра Галушки, «интерес инвесторов связан с конкретным набором мер, существующих в территориях опережающего развития, направленных на снижение рисков и обеспечение хорошей доходности инвестиций».

    «На преодоление порога в первые 100 заявок от резидентов ушло ровно полгода, – заметил Александр Галушка. – Учитывая запланированные бюджетные инвестиции в инфраструктуру ТОР, по состоянию на конец января получается 15 частных рублей на один рубль бюджетных вложений. По мере поступления новых заявок это соотношение будет дальше расти».

     В настоящее время на Дальнем Востоке действуют 9 территорий опережающего развития: ТОР «Надеждинская» и ТОР «Михайловский» в Приморском крае, ТОР «Хабаровск» и ТОР «Комсомольск» в Хабаровском крае, ТОР «Белогорск» и ТОР «Приамурская» в Амурской области, ТОР «Индустриальный парк Кангалассы» в Республике Саха (Якутия), ТОР «Беринговский» в Чукотском автономном округе и ТОР «Камчатка» в Камчатском крае.
