    "Славнефть-ЯНОС" открыл комплекс сооружений и резервуаров сырой нефти

    ОАО "Славнефть-ЯНОС" (Ярославль) 23 октября открыло комплекс сооружений и резервуаров сырой нефти (КСРСН). Об этом сообщает  "AK&M" со ссылкой на Славнефть. КСРСН рассчитан на хранение 140 тыс. куб. м сырья, в его состав входят четыре резервуара объемом 30 тыс. куб. м каждый и два резервуара по 10 тыс. куб. м. Кроме того, два малых резервуара объемом 2 тыс. куб. м каждый предназначены для насосной и станции пожаротушения. Комплекс оснащен современной автоматической системой пенотушения, рассчитанной на мгновенную локализацию возможных возгораний. Строительство нового КСРСН было начато в январе 2005 года. Генподрядчиком строительно-монтажных работ по данному объекту выступило ЗАО "Коксохиммонтаж". КСРСН соединен с системой нефтепровода ОАО "Транснефть" новой магистральной веткой протяженностью 5.5 км. 18 октября в резервуары комплекса начала поступать нефть. Ввод в эксплуатацию нового комплекса сооружений и резервуаров Славнефть-ЯНОС существенно повысил уровень экологической безопасности предприятия. Все объекты КСРСН оснащены оборудованием, которое практически полностью исключает возможность выбросов углеводородов в атмосферу.

    Уставный капитал ОАО "НГК "Славнефть" равен 4754238 руб. и поделен на 4754238000 обыкновенных акций номиналом 0.001 руб. ТНК-BP и Сибнефть контролируют почти 99% акций Славнефти. С 1 апреля текущего года акционеры делят между собой всю нефть, добываемую компанией, а Славнефть выполняет функции оператора по добыче. Ранее акционеры поровну делили прибыль компании, направляя ее на выплату дивидендов. Выручка Славнефти по РСБУ в I квартале 2006 года выросла на 25% до 24.2 млрд руб. Чистая прибыль Славнефти в I квартале снизилась в 3.2 раза до 914.4 млн руб.
