    PRISCO намерена продавать свои суда вместо реструктуризации

    Специализированная танкерная компания Primorsk International Shipping Ltd, (PRISCO) оставила попытки провести реструктуризацию бизнеса и намерена продать свои танкерные активы, передает агентство Splash 24/7 со ссылкой на адвокатов компании.

    Это заявление было сделано в минувшую пятницу, 1 апреля 2016 года, в Южном окружном суде Нью-Йорка федерального суда, где слушается дело о банкротстве судоходной компании. Однако кредиторы могут до 6 апреля обжаловать решение продать суда.

    PRISCO вынуждена была принять решение о продаже флота после того, как Nordea Bank и другие кредиторы, которым компания задолжала около $263 млн, отказались принять условия танкерной компании.

    Компания имеет девять двухкорпусных танкеров ледового класса, которые можно быстро продать на аукционе. Программа расширения флота PRISCO началась за 18 месяцев до краха Lehman Brothers. С 2010 года судоходная компания продавала свои наиболее дорогостоящие суда.

    Primorsk International Shipping Ltd. (основана в 2004 году) принадлежит Apington Investments Limited (Британские Виргинские острова), владельцем которой является Александр Кириличев (около 75% акций). Дочерние компании: Prisco Pte Ltd.(Сингапур) и ОАО «Приморское морское пароходство» (ОАО ПМП, Находка). Суда передавались во фрахт BP, Chevron, ОАО Лукойл и другим крупным нефтяным компаниям.
