Lloyd’s Register launches enhanced service capability and support in the Americas
From 1 July 2016, Lloyd’s Register in the Americas will be launching a significantly enhanced approach to the service it provides to its clients across the Region. LR recognises that the services we provide needs to be tailored to the specific needs of clients and stakeholders and delivered in an efficient and timely manner. From attendance onboard ship to operational advice and consultancy support in achieving business targets, LR will be able to provide ever quicker and effective support.
Accordingly Lloyd’s Register in the Americas will be moving to provide a dedicated service delivery, client support and business development network centred on five operational areas.
In each area, dedicated operations, client support and business development hub personnel will now be responsible for day-to-day service delivery needs, operational client support activities or on hand to discuss your business development requirements.
In addition, as part of a global initiative to better support its clients operational needs, LR will be launching a global network of technical helpdesks which will offer an ‘always available’ service, day or night – supplying answers to technical questions quickly, and usually in no more than one working day.
