    Казахстан намерен возобновить железнодорожные перевозки нефти направлением на Одесский порт (Украина)

    Казахстан намерен возобновить железнодорожные перевозки нефти через Украину, направлением на Одесский порт. Как пишет “РЖД-Партнер”, такая информация обнародована руководством представительства АО "Национальная компания "Казахстан темир жолы" в европейских странах СНГ и странах Балтии, расположенном в Киеве. Указанный проект реализуется в рамках договора между Государственной администрацией железнодорожного транспорта Украины ("Укрзализныця") и крупнейшей нефтедобывающей компании Казахстана "TengisChevroil" о возобновлении железнодорожного транзита казахской нефти через порты Украины (подписан весной 2006 года). "Нефть должна была пойти в этом году, однако проект был отложен не по причинам, связанным с железной дорогой. Причина связана с грузоотправителем, не обеспечившим соответствующего увеличения добычи нефти", - заявил глава представительства Ардак Темиргалиев. "Нефть должна пойти с марта 2007 г. Мы все время встречаемся здесь по этому вопросу, в том числе, с участием грузоотправителя", - подчеркнул казахский представитель.

    Согласно упомянутому двустороннему договору, объем казахского нефтетранзита заложен на уровне 1 млн. тонн в год (с перспективой роста до 3 млн. тонн к 2008 году). Направление перевозки – ст. Красная Могила (граница с Россией) – Одесский морской порт. Предусмотренная стоимость железнодорожной транспортировки по территории Украины – на уровне $13.5/т, морской перевалки - $6/т. Кроме того, сторонами предусмотрена железнодорожная транспортировка газа (попутного и конденсата) с перспективой выхода на 3 млн. тонн в год. На сегодня имеет место снижение железнодорожного транзита нефти на порты Украины на уровне -30% к предыдущему году (-0.8 млн. тонн).
