  Wartsila поставит установки для очистки балластных вод для трех танкеров Maersk Tankers (фото)

  Система управления балластными водами (СУБВ) с технологией электрохлорирования, разработанной Wartsila была выбрана датским оператором Maersk Tankers A/S для оснащения трех своих новых танкеров типоразмера MR (дедвейт 50 тыс. тонн), сообщает пресс-служба финской корпорации. Танкеры сейчас строятся на китайской верфи Samsung Heavy Industries в Нинбо.
  
  Контракт на поставку установок СУБВ был заключен во II квартале 2016 года.
  
  Система очистки от Wartsila отвечает требованиям Конвенции IMO, получение типового утверждения от Береговой охраны США ожидается в 1 квартале 2017 года. При этом система Wärtsilä Aquarius EC BWMS очищает воды с различной соленостью. Поставляемая система от Wartsila спроектирована в соответствии с европейским стандартом ATEX для работы в опасных средах и учетом проекта судов.
  
  Wartsila поставит на каждое из трех судов по одной СУБВ мощностью 1,5 тыс. куб. м/час с электрохлораторной установкой. Первые поставки комплектов очистного оборудования на верфь начнутся уже в декабре этого года.
  
  В финской компании отмечают, что система Aquarius EC BWMS обеспечивает надежную очистку балластной воды. AQUARIUS® EC — двухэтапная модульная система с использованием фильтрации и электро-хлорирования (ЕС), при которой обработка осуществляется только при впуске воды и, в случае необходимости, c нейтрализацией обработанной воды при ее сливе. Оборудование легко устанавливается и обслуживается. СУБВ от Wartsila получила утверждение типового образца IMO и сертификат для альтернативных систем (AMS) в США.
