    ООО «Северо-Западный Альянс» планирует в 2009 году начать экспорт нефти и нефтепродуктов через новый терминал в Вистино Ленинградской области

    ООО «Северо-Западный Альянс» планирует в 2009 году начать экспорт нефти и нефтепродуктов через новый терминал в Вистино (Финский залив, Ленинградская область, рядом с портом Усть-Луга). Как передает корреспондент ИАА «ПортНьюс», об этом сообщил сегодня в Санкт-Петербурге председатель совета директоров ООО «Северо-Западный Альянс» Александр Дымов. По его словам, проектная мощность терминала составит 10 млн. тонн нефтеналивных грузов в год. «У нас есть ряд договоренностей с нефтяными компаниями на загрузку нового терминала, в том числе и с «ТНК-ВР», - добавил Дымов.

    Разработка комплексного проекта строительства Российского морского нефтеналивного комплекса (РМНК) Вистино будет завершена проектным институтом «Морстрой» в марте 2007 года. Заказчиком проекта выступает ООО «Северо-Западный Альянс». Завершение строительных работ на объекте намечено на конец 2008 года.

    Совокупный размер инвестиций, которые ООО «Северо-Западный Альянс» планирует вложить в проект, составят около $400 млн. Срок окупаемости проекта – около 7-8 лет.

    Нефтеналивной комплекс в Вистино будет иметь резервуарный парк объемом единовременного хранения 470 тыс. куб. м, один причал для приема танкеров вместимостью до 100 тыс. тонн и причал для танкеров-бункеровщиков (до 5000 тонн).

    Нефтепродукты будут поступать на терминал по железнодорожной ветке, проложенной к порту Усть-Луга. «Наши 10 млн. тонн уже учтены в этой ветке, соглашение с РЖД есть», - уточнил Дымов.

     

    ООО «Северо-Западный Альянс» создано в 2004 году специально для реализации проекта по строительству РМНК Вистино. Проект прошел согласование в межведомственной комиссии по размещению производственных объектов на территории Ленинградской области.
