    S&P оставило рейтинг Газпрома после приобретения им акций "Сахалин-2" неизменным

    Международное рейтинговое агентство Standard & Poor's объявило, что рейтинг ОАО "Газпром" (BBB/"стабильный"/-) остается неизменным вслед за решением компании приобрести 50% плюс одну акцию Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd. (SEIC), оператора газового проекта "Сахалин-2". Об этом сообщает РБК. Хотя, стоимость приобретения ($7,45 млрд.) довольно значительна, риски, связанные с амбициозной стратегией приобретения активов, уже учтены в рейтингах компании, отмечает Standard & Poor's. Агентство полагает, что стратегия Газпрома связана с политикой России, нацеленной на усиление присутствия государства в стратегическом нефтегазовом секторе. "На данном этапе негативное влияние сделки на финансовые характеристики Газпрома компенсируется ростом денежных потоков в 2006-2007гг., а также текущей и чрезвычайной поддержкой государства, - отметила кредитный аналитик Standard & Poo's Елена Ананькина. - Несмотря на значительный отток средств на финансирование оборотного капитала во II квартале 2006г., показатели прибыли Газпрома благоприятны вследствие очень высоких цен на газ. Таким образом, финансовые характеристики компании по-прежнему согласуются с нашей оценкой ее собственной кредитоспособности на уровне ВВ+, а общий рейтинг компании увеличивается еще на две ступени за счет ожидаемой поддержки государства".

    Ожидается, что когда Газпром станет участником проекта, появившиеся недавно существенные экологические претензии к "Сахалину-2" будут разрешены, что позволит избежать сколько-нибудь существенного затягивания сроков реализации проекта. "Мы будем оценивать механизм финансирования проекта, а также то, в какой степени затраты на экологические мероприятия будут осуществляться за счет Газпром или за счет акционеров-продавцов", - отмечает агентство.
