  Началось бетонирование фарватерной опоры Крымского моста (фото)

  Строители приступили к первому этапу бетонирования одной из самых мощных опор моста в Крым. Две опоры возводятся в Керченском проливе и будут держать над водой судоходные арки. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ФКУ Упрдор «Тамань».
  
  Фундамент каждой такой опоры – это 95 свай из толстостенной стальной трубы.
  
  На опоре №252 свайные работы выполнены в полном объеме. Строители приступили к очередному этапу: на свайном поле автодорожной части опоры формируется ростверк – монолитная железобетонная плита. В настоящее время «вяжется» арматурный каркас этой плиты, который постепенно бетонируется. Сейчас идет работа над нижним слоем ростверка, в который непрерывным способом уложены первые 520 куб. м бетонной смеси.
  
  На другом строительном участке – на керченской стороне – началась надвижка пролетов на морские опоры. Их укрупнительная сборка из заводских блоков выполняется на берегу, на специальном сборочном стенде. По мере готовности пролеты, один за другим, надвигаются над акваторией по скользящим направляющим с помощью мощных домкратов.
  
  В целом строителям предстоит возвести над морской гладью более 6 км пролетов. Эта работа уже развернута на трех морских участках строительства. Надвижка первых пролетных строений началась в феврале 2017 года на участке между островом Тузла и фарватером Керчь-Еникальского канала.
  
  Крымский мост – самый длинный в России. Его протяженность составляет 19 км. Строительство началось в феврале 2016 года, движение автомобилей начнется в декабре 2018 года, поездов – в 2019 году. За текущий период более чем наполовину выполнены свайные работы. На глубину от 12 до 90 м погружены почти 4600 из 7000 свай трех типов. Готовы 283 опоры из 595. Еще 170 опор находятся в работе. Собрано более 32 тысяч тонн металлоконструкций пролетов. Укрупнено почти 6,5 тысяч тонн металлоконструкций арок из запланированных 10 тысяч тонн. Работы по сооружению железобетонной плиты проезжей части ведутся на таманской стороне и на острове Тузла. На объекте работает более 4,5 тысяч человек в сутки.
