  ФСФР зарегистрировала выпуск облигаций ООО "Санвэй-Груп" на 1,5 миллиарда рублей

  Федеральная служба по финансовым рынкам (ФСФР) 25 января зарегистрировала выпуск облигаций ООО "Санвэй-Груп" на 1.5 млрд. руб. Как передает "AK&M", об этом говорится в сообщении ФСФР. Выпуск включает 1.5 млн. облигаций номиналом 1 тыс. руб. Ему присвоен государственный регистрационный номер 4-02-36103-R. Срок обращения ценных бумаг - 4 года. Поручителями по займу станут ЗАО "Агролайн", ООО "Русагро" и ООО "Вояж".

  Напомним, что Санвэй-Груп 7 декабря 2005 года полностью разместила дебютный выпуск трехлетних облигаций на 1 млрд руб. Выпуск включает 1 млн ценных бумаг номиналом 1 тыс. руб. Поручители по выпуску - ЗАО "Агролайн", ООО "Русагро" и ООО "Вояж". Предусмотрена выплата полугодовых купонов. Ставка первого купона определена в 11.66% годовых. Ставки 2-3 купонов равны ставке первого. Ставки 4-6 купонов определяет эмитент. 22 мая 2006 года Санвэй-Груп полностью разместила дебютный выпуск трехлетних еврооблигаций на 50 млн руб. Предусмотрена выплата полугодовых купонов. Ставка определена в 10.125%. Организатор выпуска - Росбанк.

  Компания Sunway основана в 1993 году, в 2004 году реорганизована в холдинг "Санвэй-Груп". Компания импортирует и реализует на российском рынке фрукты и овощи из Европы, Азии, Африки и Южной Америки. В группу входят ООО "Санвэй-Груп", ООО "Эльстар", ЗАО "Агролайн", ООО "Русагро", SWT Trader S.A. (Эквадор), Imperia Fruit S.A. (экспортер из Испании). Доля Sunway на российском рынке импорта фруктов по итогам 2004 года составила 12% (второе место после JFC), а на рынке бананов - 19%.

  Все активы группы контролирует компания Brand Development Inc. (Белиз), ее конечными бенефициарами являются президент Sunway Trading GroupШалми Беньяминов и Александр Васильев.
