  Акционеры ОАО "Новороссийский морской торговый порт" одобрили новую редакцию устава и создали правление

  Акционеры ОАО "Новороссийский морской торговый порт" (Краснодарский край) на внеочередном заочном голосовании 25 января утвердили новую редакцию устава, положение о правлении и совете директоров, сообщается в материалах компании. Об этом пишет kuban.info со ссылкой на"Интерфакс-Юг"  Как сообщил "Интерфаксу" представитель НМТП, из устава был исключен филиал НМТП - "Морской порт Анапа", в связи с продажей его имущества на аукционе. Кроме того, устав был приведен в соответствии с последними требованиями закона "Об акционерных обществах". "Акционеры также создали правление", - сказал собеседник агентства. Он сообщил, что в компании с 1996 года не существовало коллегиального исполнительного органа.

  ОАО "Новороссийский морской торговый порт" - крупнейшая стивидорная компания, работающая на территории Новороссийского порта. Грузооборот компании в 2006 году составил 74,899 млн тонн.  В результате создания портового холдинга на базе компании акционерная структура НМТП претерпела изменения: акции стивидорных компаний перешли во владение "Уралсиба", около 60% акций НМТП - в номинальное владение Инвестсбербанка.  По состоянию на конец III-го квартала 2006 года в номинальном держании Инвестсбербанка осталось 16,9% акций. В номинальном держании Сбербанка РФ находится 50% акций в качестве залога под кредит в $450 млн для финансирования сделки с Уралсибом.

  Основными акционерами НМТП также являются оффшорные Kashmir Services Ltd (12,14%).Henshaw Finance Inc. (11,72%), Doony Limited (6,96%), Power Telecom Group Limited (6,59%), Puissance Capital Ltd. (7,8%), ООО "Инвестэнерго" (9,12%). Государству принадлежит 20% акций компании.
