Pella Shipyard to launch tug-boat built under Grifon’s order

On September 27 Pella Shipyard OJSC will launch tug-boat built under order of Grifon LLC (Petersburg private towing-and-tugboat company), Delovoi Petersburg writes. The value of this 2.5 thou hp azimuth tug-boat is about 4.5 million euro. It is to become the sixth tug-boat owned by Grifon. According to PortNews information, about 30 tug-boats operate in Saint Petersburg port. They are managed by four companies, the largest of which is Port Fleet CJSC.
Leningrad Pella Shipyard OJSC comprises 11 subsidiary and affiliated companies. Pella specializes on three basic activities: shipbuilding, mechanical engineering and fiberglass production. Pella’s authorized capital amounts to 308 thou 800 rubles divided into 154 thou 400 A-type registered shares and 463 thou 200 ordinary shares with nominal value of 0.5 ruble each.
