  «ЗиО-Подольск» отгрузил оборудование для ледокола нового поколения «Сибирь» (фото)

  ПАО «ЗиО-Подольск» (входит в машиностроительный дивизион Росатома – «Атомэнергомаш») изготовило и отгрузило ёмкостное оборудование, входящее в состав реакторной установки «РИТМ-200» для первого серийного универсального атомного ледокола нового поколения «Сибирь». Как сообщает медиа-центр АО «Атомэнергомаш», масса отправленного автотранспортом груза составила около 60 тонн.
  
  В реакторном отсеке ледокола будут установлены четыре ёмкости запаса воды и четыре гидроаккумулятора. Ёмкости предназначены для хранения запаса воды и обеспечения надёжного функционирования пассивного канала системы аварийного расхолаживания реакторной установки, а также для обеспечения «мокрого» хранения парогенераторов. Масса одной ёмкости составляет 3,2 тонны. Длина ёмкости – 2,3 м, диаметр – 1,1 м.
  
  Гидроаккумуляторы предназначены для хранения запаса воды первого контура и подачи её в реактор давлением газа для охлаждения активной зоны в случае разгерметизации первого контура. Они также используются в качестве компенсатора давления при работе реакторной установки и системы безотходной технологии. Масса одного аппарата составляет 11 тонн. Высота изделия – 5,1 м, диаметр – 1,4 м.
  
  В настоящее время «ЗиО-Подольск» продолжает изготовление оборудования реакторной установки «РИТМ-200» для второго серийного атомохода «Урал».
  
  Предприятия АО «Атомэнергомаш» обеспечивают полную производственную цепочку создания реакторной установки – от проектирования и производства заготовок до изготовления и отгрузки заказчику. Проектировщиком и комплектным поставщиком выступает АО «ОКБМ Африкантов», также предприятие изготавливает ряд важных элементов силовой установки.  В их числе - крышки реакторов, кассеты парогенераторов, шахты внутрикорпусные, блоки труб и устройств, насосы различного типа, теплообменники, арматура важных для безопасности систем и другое. Корпус реактора, гидрокамеры, другие важные элементы установки, а также финальные контрольные операции  выполняются в ПАО «ЗиО-Подольск». В сентябре и октябре 2017 года оба реактора РИТМ-200, составляющие силовую установку атомохода «Сибирь» были поставлены заказчику.
