    В ЯНАО в суд направлено уголовное дело о столкновении двух барж на реке Пур

    Следственными органами Уральского следственного управления на транспорте СК РФ завершено расследование уголовного дела, возбужденного по факту столкновения на 255 км реки Пур Пуровского района Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа (ЯНАО) двух несамоходных барж, груженых автотранспортом, в отношении судоводителя теплохода «Феникс» по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 263 УК РФ (нарушение правил безопасности движения и эксплуатации внутреннего водного транспорта, повлекшие по неосторожности причинение крупного ущерба). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба управления.

    По версии следствия, 23 октября 2017 года около 17:15 (по местному времени) в районе 255 км реки Пур Пуровского района ЯНАО, в темное время суток, судоводитель теплохода «Феникс» в составе с теплоходом «БТПС-114» и буксируемой баржей-площадкой «БП-301 № 29» в нарушение требований безопасности, не обеспечив надлежащего визуального и слухового наблюдения, а также наблюдения с помощью технических средств во время движения судов, допустил столкновение баржей-площадкой «БП-301 № 29» с баржей-площадкой «СБП-106», ведомой теплоходом «Колос», двигавшихся в судовом составе на 255 км реки Пур ЯНАО во встречном направлении от правого берега реки к левому.

    В результате столкновения водных судов повреждены несколько автомобилей и одна из самоходных барж. Общая сумма ущерба в результате указанного происшествия составила свыше 1,2 млн руб.

    По уголовному делу следствием собрана достаточная доказательственная база, в связи с чем уголовное дело направлено в суд для рассмотрения по существу.
