  Российские суда при заходе в порты Средиземного моря могут быть досмотрены

  Суда, в том числе российские, планирующие заход в воды Средиземного моря, должны сообщить о своем намерении соответствующим службам - это одна из мер по регулированию рыболовства, установленных Генеральной комиссией по рыболовству в Средиземном море (ГКРС) в целях противодействия ННН-промыслу. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Росрыболовства.
  
  Для российских рыбопромысловых судов акватория Средиземного моря является транзитной территорией, промысел в этих водах не осуществляется.
  
  Несмотря на то, что Россия не входит в число стран, подписавших соглашение о мерах государства порта по предупреждению, сдерживанию и ликвидации ННН-промысла, российские рыбаки обязаны соблюдать правила и порядок мореплавания в Средиземном море, установленные ГКРС.
  
  Согласно требованиям, судовладельцам, планирующим осуществлять переход рыбопромысловых судов через Средиземное море, необходимо направлять на адрес представителя Росрыболовства в составе Постоянного представительства Российской Федерации при ФАО информацию о судне (название, номер ИМО и бортовой номер), планируемом времени перехода по Средиземному морю, возможном заходе в средиземноморский порт, а также подтверждение того, что в данных водах не будут проводиться рыбопромысловые операции.
  
  При заходе в уполномоченные порты рыбопромысловые суда могут быть проверены соответствующими инспекторскими портовыми службами.
  
  Перечень уполномоченных портов, разрешенных для захода российских рыбопромысловых судов, размещен на сайте ГКРС.
