  В собственность Херсонского морского торгового порта (Украина) возвращено 4 судна

  В собственность Херсонского морского торгового порта (Украина) возвращено 4 судна, которые за заключенным при бывшем руководстве договорам о совместной деятельности между ГП "Херсонский морской торговый порт" (ХМТП), ЧП "Стивидорная компания "Херсонский морской терминал" и австрийской компанией "Allgemeine Beteiligungsverwaltungs-und Handelsgesselfschaft m.b.H" ("АВН") и эксплуатировались последней. Как сообщает ЛІГАБізнесІнформ со ссылкой на пресс-службу Министерства транспорта и связи Украины, данный договор о совместной деятельности не отвечает, по мнению главы транспортного ведомства Николая Рудьковского, ни интересам порта, ни интересам коллектива. "Совместная деятельность в Херсонском морском торговом порту, который противоречит интересам государства, будет прекращена, и порт будет развиваться по четким законным схемам", - отметил он.

  На данный момент австрийская компания (АВН) вернула Херсонскому морскому торговому порту все 4 судна, находившиеся в аренде в рамках договора о совместной деятельности. Изначально компания АВН вернула судно "Килия", потом - "Павел Постишев", "Волго-Балт-218" и "Виталий Байнов". Согласно договору о совместной деятельности, эксплуатация судов на бывших условиях приносила, по данным пресс-службы, значительные убытки порта. Так, Государственное Предприятие "Херсонский морской порт" терял по 500 тыс. грн. на каждом судне ежегодно.

  Рудьковский намерен "продолжать политику, направленную на защиту государственной собственности и налаживание производительной работы государственных предприятий". "Порты должны работать по четким законным схемам, эффективно развиваться и приносить государству прибыль", - считает глава транспортного ведомства.

  Напомним, в октябре 2006 года на территории ОАО "Херсонский судостроительный завод" группа неизвестных лиц в составе 7 человек, вооруженных табельным оружием, захватила судно "Килия", принадлежащая ХМТП и находится на ремонте на территории ОАО "Херсонский судоремонтный завод" (ХСЗ).

  Рейдерскую атаку на ХМТП портовики объясняют ситуацией, сложившейся вокруг договора о совместной деятельности между ХМТП, ЧП "Стивидорная компания "Херсонский морской терминал" и австрийской компанией "Allgemeine Beteiligungsverwaltungs-und Handelsgesselfschaft m.b.H".
