  В Японском море прекращен активный поиск пропавших членов экипажа северокорейской рыболовной шхуны

  Активная фаза поисково-спасательной операции (ПСО) по поиску в Японском море четырех пропавших членов экипажа рыболовной шхуны с бортовым №578-61478 (флаг КНДР, экипаж шесть человек) прекращена в 11:00 (местное время) 26 августа 2018 года. По имеющимся в распоряжении ИАА «ПортНьюс» данным Спасательно-координационного центра Росморречфлота, такое решение принято в связи с отсутствием какой-либо разумной надежды обнаружить пропавших живыми.
  
  ПСО в Японском море четырех пропавших рыбаков с рыболовного судна проводилась с 25 августа 2018 года. 26 августа спасательно-буксирное судно (СБС) «Ирбис» продолжал поиск, а в 03:40 (местное время) из аэропорта Кневичи в район поиска вылетел вертолёт МИ-8. В 06:30 вертолёт обнаружил в координатах: Ш=42-10С, Д=132-33В перевёрнутое деревянное судно длиной около 15 м. В 07:10 26 августа СБС «Ирбис» доложил, что с подходом к перевернутому судну люди не обнаружены. СБС «Ирбис» и МИ-8 продолжили поиск в назначенном районе.
  
  В 10:40 (местное время) 26 августа от КМД ПСО капитана СБС «Ирбис»получено сообщение о  нецелесообразности  дальнейшего активного поиска четырех пропавших членов экипажа северокорейской рыболовной  шхуны  №578-61478 в связи с отсутствием  разумной надежды  на спасение. За  время  проведения ПСО с 02:04 25 августа до  10:30 26 августа СБС «Ирбис» Приморского филиала ФГБУ «Морспасслужба» обследовал площадь 173 кв. миль.
  
  Видимость не более 1 кбт из-за сильного тумана. Участвующий в ПСО вертолёт МИ-8 ГУ МЧС России по Приморскому краю со спасателями ДВРПСО на борту 25-26 августа обследовал площадь 800 кв. км.
  
  25-26 августа всем судам, находящимся в районе ПСО, в системе SAFETY NET давались соответствующие оповещения по поиску пропавших членовэкипажа северокорейской рыболовной шхуны. Все поиски, проведённые 25-26 августа, положительных результатов не дали, люди не найдены. Учитывая рекомендации Наставления ИАМСАР и принимая во внимание вышеперечисленное, фактические климатические условия в районе поиска (штормовые условия 25 августа (ветер 20 м/с, волнение 4-5 м, температура воздуха +18 градусов, воды +19 градусов), тот факт, что члены экипажа аварийного судна находились в воде без спасательных жилетов и отсутствие какой-либо разумной надежды обнаружить пропавших членов экипажа северокорейской рыболовной шхуны No 578-61478 живыми,  активная фаза ПСО в 11:00 26 августа прекращается. 

  Всем  морским  судам дано дополнительное  оповещение  о  попутном  обследовании  района  кораблекрушения  рыболовной шхуны.
