  Ассоциация бункеровщиков направила письмо Евгению Дитриху по делу о завышении тарифов по ЛАРН Морспасслужбой (документ)

  Российская ассоциация морских и речных бункеровщиков России направила официальное письмо на имя министра транспорта Евгения Дитриха по делу о завышении тарифов по несению готовности по ликвидации аварийных разливов нефтепродуктов Морспасслужбой Росморречфлота. В письме содержится просьба «оказать содействие в понуждении руководителя ФГБУ «Морская спасательная служба Росморречфлота» к исполнению решения и предписания ФАС России... о прекращении длящегося уже более двух с половиной лет нарушения антимонопольного законодательства, заключающегося в незаконном установлении для бункеровочных компаний и взимании с них с начала 2015 года... монопольно высокой цены на услугу по несению готовоности авариной-спасательных формирований к ликвидации разливов нефтепродуктов в морских портах».
