  ОАО "Новороссийское морское пароходство" планирует во второй половине 2007 года пополнить флот шестью новыми танкерами

  ОАО "Новороссийское морское пароходство" (Новошип) планирует во второй половине 2007 года пополнить флот шестью новыми танкерами, в том числе четырьмя "Афрамаксами". Об этом сообщает "AK&M".  Приобретение танкеров ведется в соответствии с "Программой обновления флота ОАО "Новошип" на период до 2010 года".
  Новошип - второе по величине пароходство в РФ. Его суда ходят под российским, мальтийским и либерийским флагами. На 31 декабря 2006 года флот компании насчитывал 62 судна суммарным дедвейтом 3.8 млн т и средним возрастом около 10 лет.
  Средняя рыночная стоимость действующего флота составляет порядка $2.4 млрд. Чистая прибыль пароходства в 2005 году составила 1.252 млрд руб. Уставный капитал пароходства - 501.12 млн руб. Всего размещено 375840500 обыкновенных и 125280000 привилегированных акций номиналом 1 руб. Его основными акционерами являются Росимущество (60.73% голосующих акций), РФФИ (6.4%), Новошипинвест (8.49%) и Intrigue Shipping (14.41%). Новошип в 2006 году по сравнению с 2005 годом увеличил объем перевозки грузов на 30% до 66.7 млн т.
