  В Японии разрабатывается проект первого в мире танкера-бункеровщика на электродвигателе

  Танкерная компания Asahi Tanker Co. Ltd и ее партнер токийская корпорация Exeno-Yamamizu совместно разработали первую в Японии концепцию танкера с полностью электрической движительной установкой проекта «e5», что обеспечивает нулевой уровень вредных выбросов, сообщила пресс-служба Asahi Tanker (JLA Media).
  
  Концептуальной проработкой корпуса занималось конструкторское бюро Groot Ship Design, а над проектированием силовой установки работали инженеры Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. Технические рекомендации на этапе разработки предэскизного проекта судна и движительной системы предоставило японское классификационное общество ClassNK.
  
  Сейчас полным ходом идет разработка технических требований проекта «e5» для всех бункеровочных судов, осуществляющих бункеровочные операции в Токийском заливе. Планируется, что спуск на воду первого такого танкера состоится в четвертом квартале 2020 года. Данный инновационный проект также предусматривает проектирование каботажных танкеров проекта «e5», способных на длительные переходы между японскими портами.
  
  В концепции «e5» решаются многие проблемы для устойчивого развития отечественной судоходной отрасли. Создатели проекта надеются с помощью концепции «e5» морского судоходства добиться стабильного энергоснабжения.
  
  Проект нового судна и соответствующей инфраструктуры, получившего название «e5», включает пять основных элементов: Электрификация. Судно будет работать на электричестве от ионно-литиевых аккумуляторных батареях; Окружающая среда. Контроль выбросов углекислого газа, оксидов азота, серы, а также минимизация шума и вибрации, улучшение соблюдения экологических требований при эксплуатации судна в море и в порту; Экономика. Достижение экономической эффективности за счет установки интернет-технологий и цифровых приложений в сочетании с улучшенными рабочими характеристиками при использовании электричества; Эффективность. Простота конструкции корпуса судна и установка автоматизированного оборудования облегчат нагрузку на экипаж; Эволюция. Цифровизация и технологический прогресс ведущие к передовому концептуальному решению для будущего внутреннего судоходства.
  
  Основные характеристики будущего танкера: длина габаритная  – 60 м; ширина – 10,30 м; 3) движительная установка включает два кормовых азимутальных подруливающих устройств по 350 кВт и одно носовое подруливающее устройство (130 кВт); валовой тоннаж – 499 тонн; объем грузового танка – около 1,3 тыс. куб. м.
  
  Asahi Tanker Co., Ltd. является судоходной компанией специализирующейся на транспортировке нефтепродуктов, бункерного топлива и опасных грузов. Компания будет отвечать за эксплуатацию и управление судами проекта «e5».
  
  Exeno-Yamamizu Corporation предоставляет судовые, грузовые брокерские услуги в Японии. В последние годы компания расширила деятельность в таких секторах, как фрахтование судов на СПГ и продажи оборудования для экологически чистых судов. Корпорация выполняет функции менеджера проекта, консультанта по развитию судостроения, консультанта по продажам судового оборудования и координатора развития инфраструктуры для проекта судов “e5”.
