  Инвесткомиссия в рамках 11-го Петербургского экономического форума рассмотрит ряд крупных инфраструктурных проектов

  Инвестиционная комиссия во главе с министром экономического развития и торговли РФ Германом Грефом в субботу в рамках 11-го Петербургского экономического форума рассмотрит ряд крупных инфраструктурных проектов, претендующих на софинансирование из инвестфонда. Как передает РИА Новости, об этом сообщил журналистам глава Минтранса РФ Игорь Левитин.

  По его словам, одна из запланированных к рассмотрению заявок - проект ОАО "Российские железные дороги" (РЖД) об организации скоростного движения пассажирских поездов на участке Санкт-Петербург-Хельсинки. Этот проект направлялся в МЭРТ еще год назад, однако тогда он не прошел конкурсный отбор и был отправлен на доработку. Проект предусматривает также строительство отдельной железнодорожной ветки для организации грузового сообщения между портами Усть-Луга, Приморск и Высоцк.

  Левитин также сообщил, что на рассмотрение инвесткомиссии внесен проект строительства второго участка платной автодороги Москва - Санкт-Петербург. Ранее правительственная комиссия уже одобрила строительство первого участка этой дороги с 15-го по 58-й километр.

  Замглавы Минтранса Александр Мишарин уточнил журналистам, что пока из инвестфонда запрашиваются средства на подготовку проектно-сметной документации проекта строительства второго участка автодороги стоимостью 6-7 миллиардов рублей.

  Комиссия планирует также рассмотреть комплексный проект "Урал промышленный - Урал полярный" (проект партии "Единая Россия") . Спикер Госдумы, лидер единороссов Борис Грызлов ранее сообщал, что стоимость проекта, который предусматривает добычу полезных ископаемых в Заполярье и их переработку на уральских промышленных предприятиях, оценивается в 600 миллиардов рублей, из которых 100 миллиардов рублей составят средства инвестфонда. Часть расходов возьмут на себя регионы, но большую долю профинансируют частные инвесторы.

  К настоящему времени инвестиционная и правительственная комиссии одобрили финансирование из инвестфонда 11 крупных инфраструктурных проектов с общим объемом инвестиций свыше 1 триллиона рублей.
