  Сахалинская таможня возбудила административное дело по факту обнаружения арсенала холодного оружия на борту газовоза

  Арсенал холодного оружия был обнаружен при таможенно-пограничном контроле на борту газовоза, прибывшего из Кореи в порт Пригородное (Сахалин). Сахалинские таможенники возбудили административное дело по данному факту. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Дальневосточного таможенного управления (ДВТУ).

  Иностранное судно-газовоз (порт приписки Панама) прибыло в порт Пригородное из Чисепо (Республики Корея) в мае 2019 года. В генеральной декларации, поданной в Сахалинскую таможню, содержались сведения об отсутствии на борту опасных товаров, в том числе оружия и боеприпасов. Однако в ходе пограничного и таможенного контроля в одном из помещений судна был обнаружен специально оборудованный шкаф, в котором находилось 32 металлических предмета – сюрикены, копья, палаши. По словам членов экипажа, оружие было изготовлено кустарным способом в целях защиты судна от «морских пиратов».

  Образцы предметов Сахалинская таможня направила на экспертизу в Экспертно-криминалистическую службу - региональный филиал ЦЭКТУ Владивостока. Экспертное заключение подтвердило принадлежность 24 крестообразных металлических предметов (сюрикенов) к холодному оружию.

  По факту недекларирования товаров (холодное оружие) по установленной форме Сахалинская таможня возбудила административное дело по ч. 1 ст. 16.2 КоАП РФ.

  Проводится расследование.
