  Технология GTT Mark III Flex получила одобрение классификационного общества BV для ледокольных СПГ судов

  Французская компания Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) получила от классификационного общества Bureau Veritas утверждение в принципе своей мембранной системы хранения газа Mark III Flex, спроектированной для ледокольных судов, выполняющих транспортировку сжиженного природного газа (СПГ), говорится в пресс-релизе GTT.
  
  Церемония вручения документа состоялась на выставочном стенде Bureau Veritas во время проведения выставки Gastech 2019 в Хьюстоне (США).
  
  Технология герметизации Mark III Flex обеспечивает эффективную изоляцию, которая позволяет сократить ежедневное неизбежное испарение перевозимого газа до 0,085% от объема резервуара (BOR). В прошлом году GTT получила от общества BV утверждение системы герметизации газа для бункеровочной баржи емкостью 6,5 тыс. куб. м. Получение одобрений классификационного общества показывают, что GTT выходит за рамки разработки технологии хранения газа и переходит к проектированию полной конструкции судов для перевозки газа.
  
  Принципиальное утверждение основывается на результатах испытаний системы при вибрационных нагрузках и воздействия ускорения, проведенных для моделирования поведения мембранной системы герметизации, когда СПГ судно будет преодолевать ледовое покрытие.
  
  GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz) - компания, образованная в 1994 году в результате слияния двух крупных производителей мембранных систем хранения СПГ Gaztransport и SNTechnigaz, специализируется в разработке систем герметичного хранения газа для перевозки СПГ танкерами и береговых хранилищ СПГ. Системы герметизации применяются также для транспортировки и хранения других сжиженных газов (СНГ, этилена и т.д.). По лицензии GTT технологии хранения газа используются ведущими мировыми судостроителями и подрядчиками при строительстве СПГ танкеров и наземных газохранилищ.
