    «Транснефть – Подводсервис» выполнила плановые ремонтные работы на подводном переходе нефтепровода через реку Обь

    АО «Транснефть – Подводсервис» завершило плановые ремонтные работы по выборочному ремонту дефекта на основной нитке подводного перехода магистрального нефтепровода (МН) Холмогоры – Клин через реку Обь в Тюменской области, сообщает пресс-служба компании.

    При проведении работ в русловой части реки на глубине 19 метров до верхней образующей трубы была установка ремонтная конструкция - композитная муфта, на дефект типа «вмятина с риской». С этой целью был разработан котлован в объеме 26 тысяч кубических метров. Специалисты произвели установку и демонтаж глубоководной герметизирующей камеры ГК-25, выполнили ремонтные работы на магистральном трубопроводе, восстановили изоляцию, футеровку, балластировку. Проведена подбивка трубопровода мешками с песком, засыпка рабочего котлована, выполнено укрепление дна щебнем.

    Работы выполнялись специалистами участка службы подводно-технических работ АО «Транснефть - Подводсервис» в количестве восьми человек, в том числе пятерых водолазов. Было использовано пять единиц плавсредств. В ходе выполнения работ проведено 336 подводных спусков, отработано 504 часа под водой.

    На период проведения работ транспортировка нефти не прекращалась. В итоге была восстановлена несущая способность секции до проектного уровня.

    Отмечается, что сотрудники службы подводно-технических работ АО «Транснефть – Подводсервис» под руководством начальника участка Али Сибатуллина выполнила ремонт дефекта качественно и в срок, в соответствии с установленным планом графиком.
