    Грузооборот порта Санкт-Петербург за первое полугодие 2007 года увеличился на 14% и составил 28,3 миллиона тонн

    Грузооборот порта Санкт-Петербург за первое полугодие 2007 года увеличился по сравнению с аналогичным периодом 2006 года на 14% и составил 28 325,5 тыс. тонн. Согласно информации ФГУ «Администрация морского порта Санкт-Петербург», за отчетный период грузооборот навалочных грузов возрос на 57% и составил 4 510,8 тыс. тонн. В том числе, минеральные удобрения - 2 877,4 тыс. тонн (прирост 36%), уголь, кокс - 1 244,3 тыс. тонн (рост более чем в 3 раза), руда - 383,3 тыс. тонн (рост 18%), прочие навалочные – 5,8 тыс. тонн (спад на 82%). Прирост грузооборота генеральных грузов в порту Санкт-Петербург за первые шесть месяцев 2007 года составил 3% - до 7 608,2 тыс. тонн. В том числе, перевалка черных металлов составила 2 345,6 тыс. тонн (снижение на 4%), цветных металлов - 732,0 тыс. тонн (снижение на 7%), металлолома - 1 324,2 тыс. тонн (снижение на 9%), тарно-штучных грузов - 227,7тыс. тонн (прирост 16%), рефгрузов - 1 973,5 тыс. тонн (прирост 11%) и прочих генеральных грузов - 1 005,4 (прирост 35%). Контейнерооборот порта за отчетный период возрос на 18% и составил 6 287,4 тыс. тонн (822 270 teus – прирост составил 28%). Наливные грузы за отчетный период увеличились на 9%, в том числе нефтепродукты составили 6 283,2 тыс. тонн (прирост 9%), пищевые - 1,6 тыс. тонн (падение на 95%), химические - 2,6 (в первом полугодии 2006 года перевалка этих грузов не производилась). Грузооборот лесных грузов в январе-июне 2007 года в порту Санкт-Петербург сократился на 10% и составил 1 313,9 тыс. тонн. Оборот насыпных грузов (зерно) возрос на 46% и составил 294,8 тыс. тонн.

    За отчетный период судооборот порта составил12 102 единиц (6091 входов + 6011 выходов).

    На территории порта Санкт-Петербург работает более 30 стивидорных компаний.
