  Минтранс России тестирует подключение морпортов к системе транзита санкционных товаров через территорию РФ

  В рамках пилотного проекта используются электронные навигационные пломбы российского производства
  
  Минтранс России запустил пилотный проект контроля транзитных перевозок санкционных товаров на мультимодальном маршруте с использованием электронных навигационных пломб. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба министерства.
  
  Подчеркивается, что впервые тестирование охватывает контейнерные перевозки на территориях морских портов.
  
  Так, из Финляндии в Санкт-Петербург на этой неделе отправлен 40-футовый контейнер компании Maersk с промышленной продукцией. В Россию он завезен через Большой порт Санкт-Петербург. На таможенном посту «Турухтанный» на контейнер наложена электронная навигационная пломба. По железной дороге контейнер отправится в Восточный порт, откуда после снятия пломбы - в Южную Корею. По территории России путь займет 10 суток. Информация о маршруте и состоянии электронной пломбы доступна в онлайн режиме всем участникам процесса перевозки.
  
  Государственная система отслеживания перевозок санкционных товаров с использованием электронных навигационных пломб на основе ГЛОНАСС создается в рамках реализации указа президента РФ от 24 июня 2019 г. №290.
  
  Электронные навигационные пломбы российского производства предоставлены оператором системы отслеживания перевозок – компанией «Центр развития цифровых платформ».
  
  По словам заместителя министра транспорта России Алексея Семёнова, пилотный проект мультимодального маршрута позволит повысить эффективность и привлекательность системы для грузоотправителей и грузоперевозчиков.
  
  Как сообщалось ранее, с начала апреля «РЖД Логистика» и «ОТЛК ЕРА» осуществляют тестовые транзитные перевозки санкционных товаров из Европы в Китай по железной дороге. Ранее Россия и Казахстан провели успешный пилотный проект мониторинга транзита на автомобильном транспорте в рамках ЕАЭС.
