  Чистая прибыль НК "Альянс" в первом полугодии 2007 года по РСБУ сократилась до 65,8 миллиона рублей

  Чистая прибыль НК "Альянс" в первом полугодии 2007г. по российским стандартам бухгалтерского учета (РСБУ) сократилась в 5 раз и составила 65,783 млн руб. против 339,128 млн руб. за аналогичный период прошлого года. Такая информация содержится в отчете компании, сообщает ИА НГВ со ссылкой на РБК.

  Выручка НК "Альянс" в январе-июне с.г. снизилась на 15,9% - до 8,347 млрд руб., вместе с тем валовая прибыль возросла в 2,2 раза - до 443,183 млн руб. За отчетный период прибыль "Альянса" от продаж повысилась в 3,3 раза - до 337,071 млн руб. против 99,7 млн руб. годом ранее, а прибыль до налогообложения сократилась в 3,6 раза и составила 118,983 против 428,345 млн руб. за тот же период 2006г.

  НК "Альянс" создана в конце 2001г. Учредителями НК стали ОАО "Группа "Альянс", его дочернее предприятие ЗАО "Инвестиционная компания "Альянс Капитал" и АО "ВИНКОР. СА" (трейдинговая и инвестиционная компания, Швейцария). Впоследствии "ВИНКОР. СА" перепродала свой пакет "Маравинсе Лимитед" и "Эдинвейл Лимитед", которые получили 8,63% и 6,76% акций НК "Альянс" соответственно. В мае эти пакеты (15,39%) выкупила компания Daumier Investments Ltd. в интересах ОАО "Группа "Альянс", которое, таким образом, консолидировало 100% долю НК "Альянс". НК "Альянс" контролирует ОАО "Хабаровский нефтеперерабатывающий завод", ОАО "Амурнефтепродукт", ОАО "БАМнефтепродукт", ОАО "Приморнефтепродукт"", ОАО "Хабаровскнефтепродукт", ОАО "Нефтепорт", ООО "Дальневосточный Альянс", ООО "Альянс-Хабаровск", ЗАО "Альянс-Ойл", ОАО "Херсоннефтепереработка", ООО "НК "Альянс-Украина", нефтедобывающее предприятие "Татнефтеотдача".
