  Гидроузел № 3 на Яхроме прошел преддекларационное обследование

  Комиссия ознакомилась с данными наблюдений за состоянием шлюза
  
  Преддекларационное обследование28 мая 20920 года прошел гидроузел № 3 Яхромского района гидротехнических сооружений (ГТС) ФГБУ «Канал имени Москвы». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Федерального агентства морского и речного транспорта (Росморречфлот).
  
  Межведомственная комиссия в составе сотрудников КиМ, Ространснадзора, МЧС и научно-технических организаций проверила шлюз № 3, насосную станцию № 183, водосброс № 51, западную дамбу канала № 286, ознакомилась с данными наблюдений за их состоянием и имеющейся технической документацией.
  
  По заключению комиссии гидроузел выполняет свои функции по осуществлению пропуска судов и составов, поддержанию подпорного уровня воды; эксплуатация гидротехнических сооружений гидроузла № 3 и его оборудования ведётся в соответствии с требованиями «Правил технической эксплуатации судоходных гидротехнических сооружений», «Положения о планово- предупредительном ремонте судоходных гидротехнических сооружений», «Инструкции по наблюдениям и исследованиям на судоходных гидротехнических сооружениях» (часть I, II, III) и других нормативных документов.
  
  По действующей декларации уровень безопасности гидроузла № 3 оценивается как неудовлетворительный.
  
  Для повышения уровня безопасности гидротехнических сооружений гидроузла № 3 комиссия рекомендовала провести капитальный ремонт и выполнить реконструкцию.
  
  Как сообщалось ранее, комиссия по проведению преддекларационного обследования гидротехнических сооружений ФГБУ «Канал имени Москвы» в Тверской области приступила к работе 19 мая 2020 года.
  
  Напомним также, что комплексный проект реконструкции объектов инфраструктуры ФГБУ «Канал имени Москвы» общей стоимостью 19,16 млрд руб. стартовал в 2019 году. Соответствующие мероприятия ФГБУ «Канал имени Москвы» включены в федеральный проект «Внутренние водные пути», который был утвержден 29 января 2019 года.
