  Утвержден проект планировки и проект межевания территории яхтенной марины в Балаклаве (Севастополь)

  Проекты охватывают территорию 11 га

  Утвержден проект планировки и проект межевания территории яхтенной марины в Балаклаве. Документ поддержан в ходе заседания правительства Севастополя под председательством губернатора города Михаила Развожаева. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба правительства.

  Ранее проект прошел общественные обсуждения.

  «Проект был представлен онлайн. В рамках общественных обсуждений поступило 50 предложений с положительной оценкой этой работы. Мы зарегистрировали два предложения – людей, имеющих в собственности объекты недвижимости на данной территории или постоянную регистрацию. Однако все 50 предложений переданы разработчику и проработаны», - отметила заместитель директора Департамента архитектуры и градостроительства Ирина Марочкина.

  В связи с ограничения по нераспространению COVID-19 общественные обсуждения проходили в режиме онлайн.

  Проект планировки и проект межевания территории «Балаклава 1» проводится в рамках создания в Балаклаве яхтенной марины мирового класса и охватывает территорию 11 Га.

  «Проектом предусмотрено образование 30 земельных участков. Около 5 га – территория общего пользования, под озеленение отведено 2 га. Площадь набережной с улично-дорожной сетью 4 га», - сказала Ирина Марочкина.

  Создание яхтенной марины – это только первый этап комплексного развития Балаклавы. Планируются инфраструктурные изменения, реставрация исторических зданий.

  Как сообщалось ранее, специалисты Главгосэкспертизы России в настоящее время проводят экспертизу проектно-сметной документации на строительство яхтенной марины в Балаклавской бухте.

  По словам заместителя губернатора Севастополя Марии Литовко, курирующей экономический блок, строительство яхтенной марины в Балаклаве (Севастополь) должно начаться в начале 2021 года.

  Балаклавская бухта находится на юго-западном побережье Крымского полуострова в пределах Севастополя. Расположение бухты делает ее удобной для швартовки и размещения судов, поскольку здесь не бывает штормов. Создание марины мощностью 600 судов планируется согласно поручению президента России Владимира Путина в рамках гражданского развития территории Балаклавской бухты.
