    Aker Arctic провёла ледовые испытания ледокольного носа Saimaa и буксира Calypso

    Компания Aker Arctic (Финляндия) в конце марта провела ледовые испытания самоходного ледокольного носа Saimaa и буксира-толкача Calypso. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Aker Arctic.

    Испытания проводились в сотрудничестве с верфью Turku Repair Yard, Финским агентством транспортной инфраструктуры, компаниями Alfons Håkans и Danfoss. Объем работ Aker Arctic включал использование судового оборудования, измерения свойств льда, эксплуатационные испытания, анализ и предоставление отчета.

    В компании рассказали, что во время ледовых испытаний система мониторинга ледовой нагрузки (ILMS), предоставленная Aker Arctic, собрала данные о тяге и крутящем моменте в реальном времени от всех четырех гребных винтов. Кроме того, соединительные шифты, используемые для соединения Saimaa и Calypso, также оснащены контактами  и подключены к ILMS.

    Самоходный съемный ледокольный нос Saimaa построен на верфи Turku Repair Yard и передан Агентству транспортной инфраструктуры Финляндии в декабре 2020 года. В дополнение к системе ILMS компания Aker Arctic также спроектировала и поставила для ледокольного носа два валопровода мощностью 600 кВт и бронзовые гребные винты ледового класса для буксира. Ледовые модельные испытания на стадии разработки концептуального проета также проводились в ледовой лаборатории Aker Arctic.
