  Интеграция информационно-логистических систем «Ростерминалугля» и РЖД позволила увеличить грузооборот терминала

  Систему предполагается внедрить также на терминале «Восточный Порт»
  
  Взаимная интеграция информационно-логистической системы порта «АРМ Коммерсант» и ОАО «РЖД» на базе системы «ЭТРАН» позволила значительно увеличить грузооборот терминала «Ростерминалуголь» в порту Усть-Луга без инвестиций в основные средства. Об этом в ходе Петербургского международного экономического форума(ПМЭФ)  сообщила  директор по портовым и железнодорожным проектам ОАО «УГМК» Ирина Ольховская, передает корреспондент ИАА «ПортНьюс».
  
  Так, реализован электронный документооборот для железнодорожных накладных, заявок на перевозку ГУ-12, натурного листа поезда, дислокационных данных вагонов, адресованных в направлении порта и пр. На основании полученных данных на начало каждых суток формируется план работы порта, а также прогноз на ближайшие 10 дней.
  
  В результате взаимной интеграции систем полностью исключен бумажный документооборот с ОАО «РЖД», оптимизирована работа сотрудников порта, исключено влияние человеческого фактора при работе с большими массивами информации.
  
  Подготовка и загрузка документов из «АРМ Коммерсант» в «ЭТРАН» производится автоматически на основании автоматизированного контроля формирования порожнего подвижного состава на выставочных путях порта.
  
  «В прошлом году наблюдалось сокращение грузооборота портов, но терминал «Ростерминалуголь» его увеличил, причем сразу с 20 млн тонн до 26 млн тонн в год, без серьезных инвестиций в основные средства, также мы не увеличивали штат... работали именно по технологическому перевозочному процессу, благодаря цифровизации обеспечивая подачу вагонов не по часам, а по секундам... Таких результатов можно было добиться только в интеграции с основным перевозчиком, то есть РЖД. Не обязательно делать отдельную платформу, можно интегрировать существующие»,  - прокомментировала Ирина Ольховская.
  
  Кроме того, система предоставляет аналитический срез информации для оптимизации принятия управленческих решений.
  
  Систему предполагается внедрить также на терминале «Восточный Порт» в Приморском крае.
