  ОАО "Выборгский судостроительный завод" по закрытой подписке разместил 93,7% допэмиссии номинальным объемом 374 тысячи рублей

  ОАО "Выборгский судостроительный завод" (ВСЗ, г.Выборг, Ленинградская область) разместило 93,7% допэмиссии номинальным объемом 373,948 тыс. руб., передает РБК со ссылкой на материалы компании. По закрытой подписке эмитент разместил 701 тыс. 200 обыкновенных акций по цене 388 руб. за одну ценную бумагу. В частности, в ходе размещения 35 тыс. 914 акций на общую сумму 13 млн 934 тыс. 632 руб. приобрела член совета директоров Наталья Беликова, 35 тыс. 914 акций на общую сумму 13 млн 934 тыс. 632 руб. - член совета директоров Александр Петров, 35 тыс. 914 акций на общую сумму 13 млн 934 тыс. 632 руб. - председатель совета директоров Георгий Порядин, 161 тыс. 612 акций на общую сумму 62 млн 705 тыс. 456 руб. - Сергей Колесников, 161 тыс. 614 акций на общую сумму 62 млн 706 тыс. 232 руб. - Василий Горелов.

  Региональное отделение Федеральной службы по финансовым рынкам в Северо-Западном федеральном округе (РО ФСФР России в СЗФО) 2 августа 2007 года зарегистрировало дополнительный выпуск акций ОАО "Выборгский судостроительный завод" номинальным объемом 373,948 тыс. руб. По закрытой подписке эмитент размещал 747 тыс. 896 именных обыкновенных акций номиналом 0,5 руб. каждая. Допвыпуску присвоен государственный регистрационный номер N1-01-02203-D-002D от 2 августа 2007 года.

  Акции размещались только среди акционеров ВСЗ, при этом акционеры имели возможность приобрести целое число размещаемых дополнительных акций пропорционально количеству принадлежащих им обыкновенных именных бездокументарных акций.

  Выборгский судостроительный завод специализируется на строительстве морских платформ для освоения шельфовых запасов полезных ископаемых, судов малого и среднего тоннажа. В настоящее время уставный капитал ОАО "Выборгский судостроительный завод" составляет 213 тыс. 684 руб. и разделен на 373 тыс. 948 обыкновенных и 53 тыс. 420 привилегированных акций номиналом 0,5 руб. В конце сентября 2006 года ЗАО "Ако Барсс груп" продало группе физических лиц 75,6% акций ОАО "ВСЗ".
