  ЛУКОЙЛ приобрел 15% доли участия в геологоразведочном проекте SWAP в Каспийском море

  Закрытие сделки ожидается до конца 2021 года после получения одобрения правительства Азербайджана
  
  
  ПАО «ЛУКОЙЛ» подписало 28 сентября 2021 года соглашение о приобретении у компании bp 25%-ой доли участия в геологоразведочном проекте SWAP в азерб​айджанском секторе Каспийского моря, сообщила пресс-служба нефтяной компании.
  
  После закрытия сделки bp останется оператором проекта с долей 25%. Третьим участником проекта является азербайджанская государственная нефтегазовая компания SOCAR с долей 50%.
  
  «Вхождение в совместный с bp и SOCAR проект отвечает национальным интересам России и Азербайджана по развитию международного сотрудничества в сфере энергетики. Уверен, что накопленный научно-технический потенциал партнеров-участников даст дополнительный импульс освоению потенциально перспективного участка на мелководье Апшеронского архипелага», - отметил президент ПАО «ЛУКОЙЛ» Вагит Алекперов.
  
  «Мы рады приветствовать ЛУКОЙЛ в качестве нового партнёра по проекту SWAP в продолжение наших плодотворных отношений по проекту Шах-Дениз. Мы надеемся на тесное сотрудничество с ЛУКОЙЛом и SOCAR по программе геологоразведочных работ, которая в случае успеха принесёт пользу и Азербайджану, и нашему партнерству», - сказал региональный президент bp по Азербайджану, Грузии и Турции Гэри Джонс.​
  
  ​Проект Shallow Water Absheron Peninsula (SWAP) территориально расположен на мелководье к югу от Апшеронского полуострова в азербайджанском секторе Каспийского моря. СРП по проекту было подписано между bp и SOCAR в декабре 2014 года.
  
  В 2016 году была проведена программа сейсморазведки 3D, по результатам которой были выделены три перспективных участка - Северный Хали, Биби-Эйбат Восток и Гарабатдаг. Глубина воды в районе участков не превышает 40 м.
  
  В августе 2021 года началось строительство первой разведочной скважины на перспективном участке Северный Хали.
