  BIO-UV Group дополнила модернизацию системы очистки цифровым приложением

  Производитель системы очистки балластных воды (BWTS), французская группа компаний BIO-UV дополнила свою систему BIO-SEA при оборудовании судна установкой BWTS лазерным сканированием и 3D моделированием, говорится в сообщении компании.
  
  Новая услуга необходима для оптимизации всего процесса модернизации системы очистки, чтобы сократить или свести на нет время установки BWTS при нахождении судна в сухом доке, отметили в BIO-UV.
  
  С помощью цифрового сканирования определенного отсека судна создается 3D-изображение, на основе которого инженеры BIO-UV Group могут выбрать оптимальное место для установки системы BIO-SEA и разработать более подробные технические решения для ускорения процедуры утверждения классификационным обществом.
   
  В связи с ростом ставок морского фрахта, BIO-UV Group получает больше запросов на установку без прекращения эксплуатации судна с использованием специальной мобильной группы специалистов по BIO-SEA.
  
  Одновременно с внедрением услуг цифрового моделирования, BIO-UV Group также обновила все версии своих систем BIO-SEA, основанных на технологии использования ультрафиолетового облучения и для обеспечения совместимости со сбором данных GPS.
  
  В ноябре BIO-UV планирует представить свою линейку BIO-SEA серии M со средним расходом обрабатываемой балластной воды на выставке Europort 2021 в начале ноября. Серия BIO-SEA M представляет собой реактор с несколькими лампами, разработанный специально для скорости потока воды более 2,1 тыс. куб. м/ч. Компактная и невысокая конструкция значительно проще при установке в сравнении со средними BWT на рынке.
  
  Французская группа компаний BIO-UV почти 20 лет разрабатывает, производит и продает технологии очистки воды с использованием облучения ультрафиолетовым светом (UV-C). Эти установки подходят для различных применений разных секторах. В 2011 году компания добавила в свой ассортимент очистку судовых балластных вод. Продукция компании разрабатывается и производится на собственном специализированном предприятии в Люнеле (Франция). Это позволяет компании оперативно реагировать на конкретные требования своих клиентов. Консолидированный оборот компании в 2020 году составил 32,1 млн евро. Численность персонала – 125 человек. Более 70% продукции экспортируется. Из этой продукции более 50% приходится на рынок систем очистки балластных вод.
