    Ижорские заводы отгрузили транспортный шлюз для пятого энергоблока АЭС Куданкулам

    В Индию негабарит отправят морем в разобранном и упакованном виде

    Ижорские заводы (входят в Группу ОМЗ) отгрузили транспортный шлюз для пятого энергоблока АЭС Куданкулам (Индия). Как сообщает пресс-служба ПАО «ОМЗ», оборудование производится по заказу АО «Атомстройэкспорт».

    Транспортный шлюз на атомной электростанции служит барьером между реакторным залом и внешней средой. Это герметично запираемая с двух сторон камера, через которую транспортируется ядерного топливо и оборудование на этапе строительства и эксплуатации АЭС.

    В собранном виде шлюз весит 280 тонн, его длина составляет 14 м, а диаметр центральной секции – 9 м.

    Оборудование было испытано и принято в июне 2021 года комиссией, в состав которой входили специалисты Ижорских заводов, представители проектировщика и заказчика.

    В Индию шлюз отправится морским путем в разобранном и надежно упакованном виде, чтобы избежать воздействия повышенной влажности и других неблагоприятных сред. Для транспортировки до причала негабаритного изделия использовались специальные гидравлические модульные платформы с низкой рамой (около 40 см от земли). Длина платформ с тягачом составляет 25 и 40 м, а грузоподъемность достигает 250 тонн. До места назначения транспортному шлюзу предстоит преодолеть более 17 тыс. км.

    Отмечается, что отгруженный агрегат – уже пятый, изготовленный для индийской АЭС Куданкулам. На предприятии в производстве находится шлюз для шестого энергоблока этой станции
