  Российская Ассоциация Морских и Речных Бункеровщиков при поддержке ИАА «ПортНьюс» 15 декабря 2021 года с 10:00 до 13:00 мск проводит вебинар «Об изменениях в законодательстве о государственном контроле (надзоре) в Российской Федерации. Практика проведения контрольных мероприятий. Требования, предъявляемые контролирующими организациями к опасным производственным объектам».
  
  Спикер - начальник отдела по надзору за взрывоопасными и химически опасными объектами в химической, нефтехимической, нефтеперерабатывающей и металлургической промышленности Северо-Западного управления Ростехнадзора Зинфира Ямалетдинова.   С 1 июля 2021 года вступили в силу изменения законодательства в сфере промышленной безопасности. В частности, появились новые требования и процедуры государственного контроля, в том числе при проведении проверок специалистами Ростехнадзора.
  
  Для участников бункерного рынка объектами государственного надзора являются береговые и нефтеналивные морские и речные терминалы. Для детального обсуждения предстоящих контрольных мероприятий приглашаем всех заинтересованных лиц принять участие в вебинаре.
  
  На вебинаре будут рассмотрены следующие вопросы:
  
  1.    Нормативные документы и новые требования, о которых необходимо знать руководителям опасных объектов.
  2.    Плановые и внеплановые проверки. Полномочия контролирующих органов в части проведения внеплановых проверок.
  3.    Практика Ростехнадзора: часто встречающие нарушения. Недоразумения и разногласия – как их избежать?
  4.    Система дистанционного контроля.
  
  Вебинар предназначен для руководителей и специалистов компаний, эксплуатирующих производственные объекты на рынке нефтепродуктов (нефтеперерабатывающие и нефтехимические заводы, береговые и портовые терминалы для хранения и перевалки нефтепродуктов, нефтебазы).  
  
  Участники вебинара получат практические знания о том, как подготовиться к проверкам, как правильно внедрить в работу новые предписания, и помочь наладить эффективное взаимопонимание со специалистами контрольных органов.
